Dave ‘Rico’ Nilo It is with a further sense of deep regret and loss so soon after Neil’s passing that we now have to announce the death of Joe’s long term bass player Dave ‘Rico’ Nilo who passed away on the morning of Thursday 28th May 2009. Rico was an invaluable member of Joe’s band for the last eighteen years and he was a wonderful musician, adept not only on bass guitar & double bass but also as a guitar player and singer. Rico had a calming influence on those around him and a great sense of humour. He was our dear friend and we will miss him greatly. |
